Digital Content Nature
At QS Exams, we specialize in digital mock tests and computer-based assessment simulations. Due to the digital nature of our products, once a student gains access to the test content, the intellectual property is considered consumed. Therefore, we maintain a standard **No-Refund Policy** on all successful subscriptions.
Exceptions for Refunds
We only process refund requests under the following specific circumstances:
- Double Payment: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error.
- Technical Failure: If our platform prevents access to purchased content for more than 48 hours due to internal server errors (excluding user internet issues).
- Unauthorized Access: Cases where a transaction was made without the cardholder's consent and reported within 24 hours.
Refund Process & Timeline
If your case meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above:
- The refund will be processed back to the original payment source (Bank Account, UPI, or Card).
- Standard processing time is 5 to 7 business days.
- A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email ID once the refund is initiated.
Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time; however, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for early cancellations of monthly or yearly plans.
